Learn to Shag

Classes

Beginner will focus on having fun and getting comfortable to go out and dance. You will learn the basics,the start, male and female turns.

Beginner II is for those who have had a Beginner class and want to learn basic variations and lead/follow steps.

Intermediate will focus on polish, lead/follow, some mirror steps, and male & female hot dog steps.

You don't have to have a partner to learn how to shag

Time:

Wednesday Evenings
Beginner: 6:00pm - 6:45pm
Beginner II: 6:45pm - 7:30pm
Intermediate: 7:30pm - 8:15pm

4 Week consecutive session. Each session starts the first Wednesday of each Month

Cost

$50.00 a couple, $30.00 a person for the month or
$10.00 a person per session (Beginner II & Intermediate only)

Instructors

Jeff and Dede Ward
Jeff and Dede are competitive, professional Carolina shaggers/instructors. They compete in the professional division of the Competitive Shaggers Association (CSA) contest in the southeast throughout the year
